We are a family business, inspired by our global experiences and focused on delivering timely and cost-effective solutions. Founded by Paul Gallie in 2024, PSL Advisors was created with a mission to foster new relationships and enable businesses to reach their full potential. Our mission is to be local everywhere we work. That means being on the ground in the markets that matter most to our clients, across the tropical belt of Africa, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Latin America. We bring forty years of operating experience to every project. We help investors look at the right deals, help operators run their terminals better, and help product companies sell in places others write off as too hard. Our work is built on relationships that take time to build and that we do not trade away.
MISSION
We bring local experience to transport, logistics, and infrastructure decisions in markets others find hard to reach.
We see maritime, rail, and logistics industries where capital, cargo, and equipment move on the strength of local knowledge, not assumption. Our role in those industries is to be the call clients make when the question is hard. When an infrastructure investor needs a read on a concession in Gabon, when an OEM needs a buyer in Senegal, when a rail operator needs a sense check on a new corridor, the answer should be: call PSL Advisors.

MEET PAUL
OWNER & MANAGING DIRECTOR
Following over 20 years at sea up to the rank of Master, Paul moved ashore and has worked in port operations, refrigerated transport, project implementation, business development and transportation infrastructure investments in Africa, Asia, and Latin America. He operated his own shipping agency and stevedoring company in The Gambia, for a number of years. In March 2024 Paul founded PSL Advisors, a family business based in the UAE, with emphasis on providing transportation solutions and investment opportunities to terminal operators, shippers, logistic companies, and investors around the globe.
